First and foremost, the training and practices in cheer are challenging. The long hours spent at practice may sometimes feel overwhelming, but they pay off in the end. Some say the hardest part about cheer is stunting, but Hadley shared a different perspective: “The hardest part about cheer is the gentleness with tumbling.”
The countless hours spent practicing stunts, building friendships, and perfecting choreography may seem intense at times, but it’s always worth it in the end. The time and effort people put into cheer become cherished memories.
