Spring Fest took place on March 20, and students found it fun and exciting. The students were especially thrilled to hang out with their friends and, overall, have a great time. All students in grades six through eight had the opportunity to attend. It seemed like the event really lived up to the hype, as many students came to enjoy it.

Students were able to enjoy Kona Ice, pizza, nachos, and more. Brooke Waters, who volunteered at Spring Fest, said, “I think Spring Fest was awesome, and I’m grateful for all the PTO who organized it.” Thanks to our amazing PTO, this event was able to happen and bring tons of smiles to kids’ faces. Waters also stated she was happy to see other students enjoying themselves: “I felt valued because everybody around me was having fun and smiling.” Being in a positive environment can also have a positive effect, which goes to show how fun Spring Fest really was. Sydney McClane also attended Spring Fest and said it was very exciting, given all the activities she got to do. Activities included rides, food, and more. “My favorite part was the rides and being able to have Kona Ice!” McClane stated. It seems Kona Ice was a highlight of the students’ evening.

Spring Fest lasted from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, giving students 2 hours to hang out with their friends, go on fun rides, and eat yummy food. Waters also said she would choose to volunteer again if she had the opportunity, because she loved helping out the students, and seeing them happy also made her happy. “Yes, I would choose to volunteer again, because I know that it was fun to see other people smiling.” This shows how volunteers really make the event special. Spring Fest is definitely a must-do, especially if you’re new to The Junior School. It provides memorable moments for your middle school years, and you’re able to make new friends. You have to experience Spring Fest at least once to see how exciting it is for students. Spring Fest also makes adults happy, as they’re able to see students having a fun time with their friends and, overall, just enjoy themselves.

In conclusion, Spring Fest is fun, exciting, and an opportunity to have a great time with your friends. If you haven’t attended Spring Fest, it’s a great idea to go next year.
